Bush Interrogation Memos Released, CIA Agents Won't Be Charged

The Justice Department Thursday released memos from the Bush administration that authorized the CIA to use harsh interrogation methods against suspected terrorists.

President Obama said that it was time to close a dark and painful chapter in this nation's history, but he called for reflection and not retribution for those responsible.
