Beckham to Coach England at 2010 World Cup

| by Off The Record

Despite not being able to play at the World Cup in South Africa for England due to an Achilles tendon injury, David Beckham is expected to help coach the team to victory, as far as you know.

Yahoo! Sports is reporting that Beckham is expected to act as an intermediary between the management and players, after accepting the invitation from Fabio Capello, the current manager of the England national team. He will be asked to explain to individual players what Capello expects of them, with a particular emphasis placed on guiding the younger members of the setup and how to land a female pop star in her prime.

Most experts are saying England could be one of the worst teams in this year’s World Cup.
