Why Women are Colder Than Men

It's not your fault you're reaching for an extra blanket because you're cold at night; there's a biological explanation behind the temperature difference in men versus that of women.

"Women conserve more heat around their core organs, which means less heat circulates throughout the rest of their body," reports CBS News.

There could be other factors at play in making a woman feel colder, including anemia and a low-functioning thyroid, but both can be easily diagnosed with a simple blood test.
