2011 AFC Playoff Divisional Game Breakdowns

| by

NFL Scout Jayson Braddock is here to break down the AFC Playoff Games this weekend.

In the AFC both games are between bitter rivals. In a matchup of familiar AFC Central foes, the Baltimore Ravens vs. Pittsburgh Steelers matchup is expected to be a bruising contest with Braddock looking for a Ravens upset.

In the matchup between two AFC East rivals, the New York Jets vs. New England Patriots, Jayson suggests that those who are expecting another Patriots blowout may be in for a surprise. Braddock points out that while the Pats are justifiability favored, no one should be surprised if the Jets pull this one out as the game will likely be much closer than people think.

For those of you that may want to “take an interest” in one or both of these game (not that any of us here do that), both home teams are favored. The Steelers - 3 and the Patriots are -9.
