ESPN captured the attention of basketball fan’s the world over yesterday with their special on LeBron James, “The Decision.”  Every person, whether they were NBA fans, writers, bloggers, or NBA players, had an opinion on LeBron.  We didn’t write anything for the site because our coverage is exclusively of NBA rookies.

With that being said, the newest crop of rookies had plenty to say about King James’ decision.  We’ve compiled their responses below.

Da’Sean Butler, the Miami Heat’s second round pick, had the following thoughts:

@TheDaSeanButler: ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡LEBRON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@TheDaSeanButler: People burnin that man jersey….soooo disrespectful. He saved y’all whole way of living in cleaveland. Show som respect.

DeMarcus Cousins of the Sacramento Kings was anxious to hear the announcement, and then soon became just thankful the “Trio Five” are playing in the East.

@boogiecousins: Hahahahhahaahaahahahah omg WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@TINYGALLON23: SMH damn bron …..

@W_Johnson: SMH !!! WoW

Paul George of the Indiana Pacers just wants his TV back, and seems a little upset that he has been subjected to SpongeBob SquarePants.

@King24George: LeBron my dude but I’ll b happy when we can actually get our tv networks back. I seen spongebob talkin bout lebron goin 2 bikini bottom lol!

Evan Turner, former Ohio State Buckeye, just wished LeBron would have left Ohio a year earlier so he could have had a chance at the crown.

@thekidet: Damn lebron, if you would have left last year then I would have been the king of  ohio lol jk…go bucks and 76ers

Greivis Vasquez of the Memphis Grizzlies had the following to say:

@greivisvasquez: De verdad que Lebron es Lebron.. Lo mio es  Memphis asi que lo demas no es de mi atencion… Suerte Lebron pero yo voy a  memphis !

Which roughly translates to him wishing LeBron luck, but his focus is in Memphis, so he can’t be too concerned about LeBron.
