Marijuana Policy Project supports smoking?
This objection admits that smoking is harmful but supports smoking marijuana for people with debilitating illness. But many people who have no such illness are smoking marijuana and now thinking it is a medicine .
The use of vaporizers or eating suggests that some users realize that smoking is harmful and try to reduce harm. But many people will not do this as smoking is easier.
The marijuana policy project should try to prevent smoking by healthy individuals with a clearer message. Marijuana does not cure illness--at best it relieves symptoms--and in healthy individuals it is more harmful than helpful.
