LOS ANGELES -- This week, the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) called on “Physicians to educate their patients, the medical community, and the public to avoid GM (genetically modified) foods when possible and provide educational materials concerning GM foods and health risks.” They called for a moratorium on GM foods, long-term independent studies, and labeling.     I have been worrying about this ever since I heard they were going to do it. I try to buy as much produce as possible that is organic. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that the cucumbers smell like a potato these days, that's not the organic ones.
    We just never learn as a species do we. The earth can provide us with good food if we would just stop messing with it
