Plan?

I have a hard time agreeing with the notion that Governor Palin's energy plan is much of a plan at all. A goal, perhaps, but not a plan. An idea, but not a plan. A rather transparent public relations move, but not a plan.

By abdicating responsibility and laying it at the feet of local communities isn't exactly what I'd call a plan.

Somewhat tongue in cheek, here is my plan for world peace: I'm going to tell all of the individual countries and world actors that they should get along and that they should stop infighting.
