Misleading Language
There is no such thing as "contraceptive-only" sex education . All comprehensive sex ed programs present abstinence as an option. They just supplement it with the information teenagers need if they don't make that choice.
Referring to comprehensive sex ed as "contraceptive-only" misrepresents its purpose, which is to provide teenagers with complete knowledge on sexuality, including both abstinence and the proper use of contraceptives.
