    Look for another job,then quit

If Mike has ethical qualms about his job,he should be looking for another one.Eventually the conflict between what his employer requires and what he is willing to do will reach the breaking point and he will either have to quit or be fired. If he starts looking now, hopefully he'll find a better position before that happens. So,I agree with Suze in this:"It's better to do what's right than to do what's easy." She also says:"People first.Money second.Things last."
I wish it were easy to do what's right.
