How much could you sue someone for taking away immortality?
I mean, they PROMISED immortality when they signed the guy up--or just as much. Some sort of resurrection, in any event. They can't say "Well, that really is impossible" because then everyone else can sue them for fraud.
I say a bajillion dollars.

really really dead
My understanding is that they merely contract to keep your body or head cryogenically preserved. I take your point though about losing your chance at resurrection. The NPR program 'This American Life' did a story on this where a man who let a child's body thaw felt as if he'd let her die a 2nd time.
