    2 day detox feels great!

I've detoxed several times. Once, following a clean diet (like the one you mention in last sentence), and twice using a lemonade diet (David Kirsch's.)

I have to say, I loved how I felt after the 2 days of living on the lemonade mix and water. Physically, I had a trimmer tummy and psychologically, I became more conscious of what I was going to feed my body. I've found it to be an excellent way to jumpstart healthy eating habits and will continue to do this any time I fall off the wagon.
