Should Michael Jackon's Doctor Conrad Murray Face Murder Charges?
The Jackson family is reportedly outraged after the announcement that Dr. Conrad Murray will not face murder charges. Murray is accused of administering a lethal dose of the sedative propofol to the late Michael Jackson, ultimately leading to the popstar's death. Jackson's former attorney, Tom Mesereau, appeared Monday on CBS News to explain why Murray is only set to face charges of involuntary manslaughter.
