Vegetarian nutrients aren't hard to find

It is no more difficult to raise a well-nourished vegetarian child than a well-nourished meat-eating child. In fact, children who consume meat are far more likely to subsist on greasy fast-foods, to consume too much fat and higher-than-necessary amounts of protein, at the expense of other important nutrients, such as vitamins and trace-minerals which are plentiful in a well-balanced vegetarian diet .
