President Obama heads overseas next week for a weeklong trip highlighted by a G-8 summit meeting in Italy. But first, Mr. Obama will stop in Moscow for meetings with President Medvedev and Prime Minister Putin. The situations in North Korea and Iran will be on the agenda, with the hope that Russian cooperation could ease tensions in those international hotspots:
