Delaware first-grader Zachary Christie, a 6-year-old boy facing 45 days in reform school as punishment for taking his favorite camping utensil to school, returned to class after the school board made a hasty change granting him a reprieve, according to the Associated Press. Here's the video of young Zachary back in school.

    Zero Tolerance rules, such as the one which caused the public outcry in this case, should be reexamined to see if they are really beneficial.

    Obviously, as this case proves, sound rules have exceptions. For circumstances such as this.

    Great.

    Zero tolerance rules are so wrong on so many levels, however, thanks to the lefty's desire that everything is fair, which is an idiotic desire too, they became very popular. This case is the poster boy for why zero tolerance policies should be scraped. One size does not, has never, and will never fit all.
