HOOD, Texas --- The U.S. Army has closed its massive Army base at
Fort Hood, Texas, according to the Associated Press, amid multiple reports that 12 people have been shot dead -- and as many as 31 injured -- at the post.
Fort Hood's official Web site has reportedly posted an alert
that says, "Effective immediately Fort Hood is closed." The site
said units at the base have been ordered to account for all
personnel.
The site, which was inaccessible at 4:55 p.m. EST possibly because of high traffic, said: "This is not a Drill. It is an Emergency Situation."
Several television stations in Texas say several people were
killed and wounded in "dual? shootings" at the base in central Texas. Officials at the base and in
the nearby town of Killeen, Texas, have not confirmed those accounts.
Fort Hood is located halfway between Austin and Waco. Here's breaking news from CBS:

So this occurred on November 5th. Guy Fawkes, anyone?
Coincidentally, today was when the protests in D.C. over the healthcare bill were happening. This mass shooting overshadowed any reporting on the issue. Aside from one or two uploads on YouTube, much of the coverage was not broadcast by the media .
What do we know about the gunman? He was raised Muslim. He was transferred (promoted?) in May to Fort Hood. He's an Army Psychiatrist. He dealt with a number of service men who suffered from PTSD. He adamantly stated that he wanted no part of being deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan.
What do we know of the other two gunmen? There were two, then three, now one. I'm not sure what to believe, but I'm not sure I buy what's being sold by the media right now. The situation is altogether odd is all I'm saying.
He apparently injured 31 while killing another 12. So with two handguns he struck at least 43 people. Even with two Glock 19's with 19+1, that means he would have had to reload one firearm at least once. We're also not counting missed shots, though. And I'm not even saying he was armed with pistols of that capacity. Where were the MP's throughout this scenario? The Terror Alert or whatever it's being called was raised to ELEVATED (RED) last week, if I'm not mistaken. And just last week "false flags" made the mainstream media...
Lets see... It occurred at approximately 12:00... must have something to do with eating food ... no... wait.. maybe it is a conspiricy among all psychiatrists to turn against...
It takes four seconds to trade out clips in a glock, random targeting in a crowed room will give a near 100% hit rate.... get off the conspiricy crap, the guy is/was a looney!
Ok - it’s official. I don’t want to hear any more whining about these mass shootings. One today, where I live in Orlando, 8 shot - and of course the day before at the army base in Fort Hood.
You Second Amendment folk get what you pay for. Stop saying stupid things like “Oh my god - how could this ever happen?” and ”What can we do to make sure this NEVER happens again” blah blah… just deal with it because it’s here to stay. It’s a consequence of the way you have set your society up so take it on the chin as collateral damage - because that’s exactly what it is. So long as you can buy and own guns like candy , mass shootings are a fact of life. Let’s all just accept it - or repeal the second amendment and start living like a civilized society - as the rest of the first world seems to be doing.

Repeal the Second Amendment
