Yoga Demands a Good Teacher

Without a good teacher, yoga can be very dangerous to the body. A good yoga teacher provides instruction on alignment, attitude, and tradition while also providing ample inspiration to keep the students' active minds engaged. it's not easy to find a really good yoga teacher with whom one can connect. So it's very important to ask around and find a teacher that comes highly recommended. So many injuries (which of course would lead one to say yoga is bad for the body) come from people who have practiced yoga without proper instruction.
