Do We Still Need Affirmative Action?
“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” Martin Luther King spoke these words in 1963, and they still resonate today. Affirmative action programs were established to create this very type of equality, but have they brought us closer to Dr. King’s dream or hindered it?

Nothing is getting accomplished
and is only making things worse. Affirmative action is continuing the basis that color, religion or anything else that differetiates mankind, is still prejudice and biased. In fact, affirmative action IS a slur towards everyone. Think about it. You are forced to give a job to a person just because they are black, white, Muslim, Jewish, a woman, gay, trans gender, the list goes on. How is that not discrimatory?
