Structural Variations Should Not Be Forced

Another concern of mine is that there are structural variations that limit what a joint can do and should not be forced or attempted to achieve a greater range of motion.  For example, some individuals, mostly women, have femoral anteversion which means that there range of motion into lateral or external rotation is limited by the structure of the hip joint. This means these individuals should not sit Indian Style and expect that their knees will come anywhere close to the floor. There are individuals who have a flat back by structure and thus should not be trying to arch their back so that it curves inward.

I think your argument would be more credible if your short post did not contain a language error. The word "there" stands out as not fitting into the sentence. I believe you were looking for a different word, possibly "their."

I'm trying to be gentle, but the fact is, that if someone is putting herself out as an expert on a subject, she only lessens her credibility by not proofreading what she has written.
