One Size Does Not Fit All

As we get older, the range of motion into the back into extension (curved inward) is limited and should not be forced in that direction. Individuals that are very flexible that can easily bend over from the standing position and put their chest on their thighs should not continued to do this because it excessively stretches the structures in the posterior aspects of the hip. If these same individuals then in the bent over position rotate from one side to the other they are putting their hip at risk for maintaining the appropriate stability. My major concern is that one size does not fit all and that the appropriate guidelines are not in place and that individual structural variations are not considered and that individuals can create musculoskeletal problems over time.

Again, your spelling and grammar errors detract from your credibility. Your credentials cite a US institution, so I expect you to be able to write English correctly.

I find it difficult to trust anything an expert says if that expert cannot write a few sentences for public posting without spelling and grammar errors.
