    So - He's Going to Call Upon the Governors is he

    Well - that's a 'brilliant'plan. Nobody, certainly not Obama, wants to see students' loan endangered. Do you think the Governors will wait until Sen. McCain picks up the phone to ask them. How about a more comprehensive explanation as to what he would do as President. This tells me nothing.
