Is Coconut Oil Good For You?

If you’re ever stranded on a deserted island, it may comfort you to know that coconut oil has a variety of uses ranging from cooking to skin care. People all around the world use coconut oil and in some cultures it’s extremely popular, but with 90% saturated fat, some people have serious concerns. Could coconut oil be a detriment to your health, or is it the missing ingredient for your next dinner?

    Go on kill yourself!

    I used to work in the catering industry using the oil drums for the fryers. I changed form Cocount to Nut oil and finally Vegetable oil which is the norm now in the UK catering industry.

    We'd all be dead if we daily fried our food, hot chips and ate coconut cakes and products oozing with this cholestrol enhancer!

    the fats you get matter too!

    while calorie intake to out take should be regarded you also must address the fact that the fat are transfered to energy much quicker which will cause the calories burned to rise quicker especially if used as a dietary supplement
