People all around the world use coconut oil and in some cultures it’s extremely popular, but with 90% saturated fat, some people have serious concerns. Could coconut oil be a detriment to your health, or is it the missing ingredient for your next dinner?

Coconut oil is also touted to help with a long list of conditions, including yeast overgrowth, diabetes, cancer, HIV, immune function, and digestive problems. The question you need to ask yourself is how reliable are the websites making such claims? Isn’t it a possibility they are trying to play on emotions by promising a cure for all ills? My advice is to take care.

The scientific evidence for the benefit of coconut oil in serious conditions is very scarce indeed at present. In fact, most of these theories are complete nonsense.
