Caffeine Consumption is an Individual Health Choice

Some people may not experience any of the adverse effects that caffeine can produce. People certainly do differ in sensitivity to caffeine, and healthy people may not be putting themselves at risk with moderate caffeine consumption. It is up to each individual to decide whether the benefits they perceive from caffeine make the possible adverse effects worthwhile. If not, they can try eliminating caffeine from the diet and see how it affects them. Quitting can be accomplished within a few days, but the benefits could be life-changing.
